OCZ announced last week another addition to their rapidly-expanding flash drive products. OCZ has introduced the “Diesel” USB 2.0 Flash drives, with a maximum capacity of up to 16GB. This will rival entry-level SSDs in terms of capacity. OCZ’s Diesel USB drives will also be available in 2GB, 4GB and 8GB versions. Imagine yourself holding a very large amount of data in a small device which can be placed in your pocket. Unfortunately, Diesel USB drives don’t play up extreme speeds unlike the “Spyder drives” OCZ has also announced last week, so odds are you’d be dealing with more normal transfer speeds using diesel USB drives.
