To disable your Windows XP time display, ADD the following Windows XP registry hack:
Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Name: HideClock
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1
