HP EliteBook 6930p breaks 24-hour Battery Life

Great news to all WORKAHOLIC GEEKS out there! HP has just made the impossible POSSIBLE by coming up with a laptop with a 24-hour battery life and outperforming its own 19-hour battery life record.
The HP EliteBook 6930p was configured with an Ultra Capacity 12-cell battery, a power-saving Illumi-Lite LED display, an Intel 80GB SSD and Windows XP with the latest Intel graphics driver and HP BIOS. The 1.77 pounds 12-cell battery is a $189 option that’ll give you a 24-hour work time using the EliteBook 6930p. Versions of this notebook configured with the low power Illumi-Lite LED display will be available starting October 2008.
Let’s see if HP can reduce the size of this 12-cell brick battery without reducing the 24-hour battery life. We can definitely rejoice further if this happens!
